Stephanie Miller
Operations Advisor and Project Coordinator

Stephanie Miller is a hardworking and driven strategic HR professional. She has 12 years of extensive experience in HR strategy, employee compensation, policy administration, employee Grant Writing and Reporting prepared by SNF Writing Solutions, LLC onboarding/offboarding, recruiting, contract negotiation, benefit administration, worker’s compensation, employee relations, FMLA, and new hire training. She has 14 years of high-level administration support and operations experience including travel arrangements, scheduling, correspondence and report creation. Additionally, she has 15 years of event management experience including vendor negotiation, site selection, catering planning and day-of event execution.

Jacqueline “Jackie” Wasik

Senior Consultant – Post Award; Junior Consultant – Pre-Award

Joining the SNF Writing Solutions team in June 2022, Jackie brings her federal grant experience. Retired from the federal government, she offers 30 years of experience to the grant world. Starting from a secretarial position, advanced to fiscal/budget management and then the final 10 years as a Grants Manager.

Her background brings experience managing $60 million dollar budgets and grant portfolio; providing technical assistance to grantees to help them manage their federal grants from submission through implementation and compliance; also provided training to grantees, volunteers, as well as co-workers. Jackie resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and son. In 2022, Jackie created and started Jacqueline Wasik, LLC offering her experience and services to assist non-profits with their grant needs. She also stays active in her community and internationally through the Rotary Club of Tempe Downtownby serving on the Club Board and the Foundation’s Board.

Lisa Fellers
Senior Consultant & Project Lead

Lisa Fellers began with the SNF Writing Solutions team in 2015 and is a seasoned grant consultant in the areas of public safety, K12 education, substance misuse, community health, farmers market/local food, and distance learning. She is a detail-oriented professional with over 15 years of experience in teaching,
strategic planning, public relations, program planning, evaluation work, and 10 years in fire department public education. Ms. Fellers is a Licensed teacher with expertise in instruction, classroom management, and curriculum development/design and holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from
DePauw University. Lisa also enjoys graphic design work and is often creating spectacular works for other ventures and has hobby businesses for crafting and soapmaking.

Crystal Nutt

Crystal has a passion for serving organizations that empower people and build community. She has 15+ years of advancement experience and is most often recognized for her ability to lead strategically, write and communicate effectively and manage details thoroughly. She has secured millions in funding throughout her career and has a 70% grant success rate. Crystal has a marketing communications degree from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls and is a member of the Grant Professionals Association and the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits.

Melanie Negrin

An integrated marketing and fund development strategist for over 25 years, Melanie is as passionate about building the capacity of nonprofit, for-profit, and hybrid community benefit organizations and collective impact as she is about direct community service. Her first service role was as a student volunteer in the S.M.I.L.E. (Students Making Individuals Lives Easier) Club, and she has since held leadership roles in Circle K and Kiwanis International and professional roles as a business development, marketing, and fundraising consultant. With an MBA in Marketing and International Business and a BA in Communications and Psychology, Melanie is best known for her expertise in advancement marketing and U.S. and global grantsmanship. She has written grant proposals requesting funds from a wide variety of private philanthropies as well as local, state, and federal agencies, including the IMLS, NEH, CDC, DOE, SAMHSA, and EDA. Melanie is an adjunct professor of marketing at Indiana Wesleyan University, founder of the For GrantWriters Only learning community, presenter at regional/ grantsmanship conferences, and guest speaker for university-level grant writing courses.

Lucy LunderganJunior Consultant

Lucy Lundergan recently joined the SNF Writing Solutions team after completing her internship with the company. Lucy has a background working for a refugee resettlement organization and as a paralegal for an immigration law firm. She currently works to combine her passion for the nonprofit world and her love of writing and working with people to connect organizations with the financial resources they deserve. Lucy is excited to bring her background in writing and research, case management, and strategic planning to the grant space. Lucy is currently based in Haines, Alaska (relocating back to the Indianapolis area Fall 2022) and when not grant writing, she enjoys traveling, crafting, hanging out with her dog, and the outdoors.

Amy Griffin Senior Consultant

Amy Griffin joined SNF Writing Solutions in 2022. A native of Indianapolis, she and her family currently reside in Fishers, IN. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Ball State University, a master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ivy Tech Community College. Professionally, Amy has served in leadership roles in community college and non-profit organizations. She has served as a Project Director for federal and state grants and has been a part of grant-writing teams competing for federal, state, and philanthropic funding. 

Outside of work and raising good humans, Amy is active with equity efforts for her local school community, an avid reader, dog mama, and houseplant enthusiast.
